Nissan offers several opportunities for future employment opportunities. The company is currently operating a program for MBA graduates. The program is known as the Nissan Rotational Development Program (NRDP). This program was established for MBA graduates with at least five to eight years experience. The program is places its employees on an accelerated path by operating on 9-18 month rotations at various Nissan locations throughout the world. NRDP allows its employees to enjoy more strategic opportunities than their peers in other competitive programs.

It sounds like they are grooming canidates to become senior leaders of the company. I think more companies should invest in this strategy.
